This position requires travel throughout the Portland, Oregon metro area. Hours are M-F, 8am-5pm.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential/property management maintenance.
• Proficiency in drywall repair/sheetrock, angle stops, baseboard heater replacement, and water heater repairs and replacement.
• Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and promptly report any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized work environment.
• On-call duty required on a rotating basis.
